Hotels and resorts are rarely full – in fact, most have a 70% occupancy rate (remember Airbnb has significantly impacted the hotel industry!).
The hotels are happy to forego their normal tariff in the hope that the “free guests” might spend money on food & beverages during their stay.
There’s no condition that you have to eat & drink at the hotels – but they are simply hoping you might!
Most of the hotels in this program allow 4 x people per room (2 adults & 2 children under 12 years of age).
